However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you’ve attempted to resolve any implementation issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
Submit a ticket to our support stuff for a full, no questions asked, refund within the last 10 days. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve our offering. Please include your order number so we can refund you as soon as possible.
Kindly note, while we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible – it can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

Subscriptions and recurring charges
Ongoing subscriptions and recurring charges may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation will take place from the next billing period. A cancellation will only cancel future billings.
